Metro’s ADA Services Department must first certify your eligibility before you are able to participate in reduced fare programs on MetroBus and MetroLink, and ADA-eligible paratransit services. Please note: there is a $5 replacement fee for lost or stolen Metro identification cards.
Metro offers travel training to individuals with disabilities who wish to use MetroBus and MetroLink to reach their destinations and want to become more comfortable before getting started on a bus or train.
