Bus Shuttle to Transport MetroLink Customers Sunday Morning between the Emerson Park and Fairview Heights MetroLink Stations

MetroLink service will be temporarily disrupted on Sunday, March 13, 2011, due to Illinois Department of Transportation road construction on Interstate 64. MetroLink trains will not operate between the Emerson Park MetroLink Station and the Fairview Heights MetroLink Station from beginning of service Sunday morning until approximately noon on Sunday.
Customers will be shuttled by bus between the Emerson Park and Fairview Heights MetroLink Stations.
Blue Line Service will only operate from the Shrewsbury MetroLink Station to the Civic Center MetroLink Station during the adjusted service period. Customers who need to continue to travel east can board a Red Line train at the Civic Center MetroLink Station.
Red Line Service will operate between the Lambert Terminal #1 MetroLink Station to the Emerson Park MetroLink Station and also from the Fairview Heights MetroLink Station to the Shiloh-Scott MetroLink Station.
Customers should expect delays and are advised to allow extra time for their commutes on Sunday morning.
