MetroLink Work Scheduled October 7 & 8
Work is scheduled on the MetroLink system Monday and Tuesday (October 7 & October 8) and some Red Line and Blue Line passengers may experience short delays.
MetroLink will operate on a single track at the Central West End Station from 8 p.m. until the end of service October 7 and October 8 (Monday & Tuesday) to accommodate crews conducting track maintenance. Red Line and Blue Line passengers may experience delays of up to 10 minutes. Blue Line trains will only operate between the Forest Park and Shrewsbury stations during this time.
Westbound Blue Line passengers traveling between the Fairview Heights Station and the Central West End Station should board a Red Line train to the Forest Park-DeBaliviere MetroLink Station to transfer to a Blue Line train.
Eastbound Blue Line passengers traveling between the Central West End Station to the Fairview Heights Station should board a Red Line train at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere MetroLink Station to continue eastbound.
The schedule for MetroLink track work for the remainder of the week will be finalized and released after the Cardinals post-season home game times and dates are announced.
