Metro Quarterly Service Change Set for June 12
Return to BlogAdjustments to four MetroBus routes will go into effect on Monday, June 12, as part of the quarterly service change for the Metro transit system.
Metro regularly monitors and reviews feedback from riders and bus operators. This information, along with other trip data, allows Metro to update bus routing and schedules to improve on-time performance and connections to MetroLink.
Details of Quarterly Service Change effective Monday, June 12:
- #1 Gold: Route adjustment; all trips will serve Forsyth and Skinker Boulevards. Route will not serve Hoyt and Brookings Drive due to construction. Passengers can board #1 Gold at the stop located at intersection of Forsyth and Hoyt.
- #2 Red: Route adjustment; all trips will serve Forsyth and Skinker Boulevards. Route will not serve Hoyt and Brookings Drive due to construction. Passengers can board #2 Red at the stop located at intersection of Forsyth and Hoyt.
- Green Line: Route adjustment; all trips will serve Forsyth and Skinker Boulevards. Route will not serve Hoyt and Brookings Drive due to construction. Passengers can board Green Line at the stop located at intersection of Forsyth and Hoyt.
- #40 Broadway: Route adjustment; Due to construction, route will not serve 7th Street. Passengers can board southbound trips at Broadway and Washington Avenue, and can board northbound trips at 4th Street and Washington Avenue.

with all this redoing the lines to be iffecient.when they redid the broadway line not serving va hospital was stupid,the only route is the Lindbergh south.why cant they redue the linew theres several that goes pretty.close to the hospital

William, I’ve got an update from our planning department. When the Civic Center Transit Center reopens in August the south part of Broadway will serve the new center and serve Jefferson Barracks. Information available mid July.
