Metro to Conduct On-Board Customer Satisfaction SurveysReturn to Blog
Metro transit riders will have an opportunity to share feedback about their transit experience by participating in a customer survey, beginning Monday, June 22.
Metro surveyors will distribute the surveys onboard MetroLink and MetroBus between Monday, June 22, and Friday, July 10. The surveys will collect valuable data about who uses Metro services and what their experiences are using the transit system, and Metro will use this information to identify opportunities to improve the overall transit experience.
After completing the survey, customers can return them to the surveyor, mail the postage-paid surveys to Metro, or scan and email them. All survey participants will be entered into a drawing for gift certificates and free transit passes.
Metro surveyors will be dressed in dark or khaki slacks and a white shirt, and will possess either a Metro contractor badge or temporary badge displaying a large “M” and “Surveyor.” For more information about the survey, please contact Metro Customer Service at 314-982-1406 or 618-271-7879.
