MetroLink Single Track Operations June 18-24, Short Delays Expected After 11:30 P.M.
Return to BlogSingle track MetroLink operations are scheduled Monday, June 18 through Thursday, June 21 and Sunday, June 24 between the Wellston, Rock Road, UMSL South, UMSL North, and North Hanley MetroLink Stations. Construction work will cause 5 to 10 minute delays for some Red Line passengers.
Trains are also running on a single track between the East Riverfront and Arch-Laclede’s Landing MetroLink Stations seven days a week, 24 hours a day for the duration of the Eads Bridge Restoration project. Red and Blue Line passengers may experience delays of up to 5 minutes.
SERVICE DETAILS
Monday – Thursday, June 18-21, from 11:30 p.m. until the end of service each night, to accommodate crews working on the UMSL South interlocking project, MetroLink will operate on a single track between the Wellston, Rock Road, UMSL South, UMSL North, and North Hanley stations. Red Line passengers should expect delays of 5 to 10 minutes from the Wellston MetroLink Station to Lambert Airport Terminal #1. Blue Line Service will not be impacted.
