MetroLink Work Scheduled August 13-17

Return to Blog

MetroLinkTrainARTTrack work is scheduled on the MetroLink system next week, and that may result in experience 20 to 25 minute delays for some Red Line passengers.

To accommodate the crews, MetroLink passengers travelling between the College MetroLink Station and the Shiloh-Scott MetroLink Station will be transported via a shuttle train from 8 p.m. until the end of service Wednesday through Friday (August 13-15), and on Sunday (August 17).

Westbound passengers will take the shuttle train from the Shiloh-Scott MetroLink Station to the College Station. When they arrive at the College Station, they will need to get off the shuttle train and board a regular westbound train to continue their trip.

Eastbound MetroLink passengers will need to switch to the shuttle train at the College Station to go to the Shiloh-Scott Station. Both eastbound and westbound customers should allow extra time for their trips since they may experience delays up to 25 minutes.

Blue Line passengers will not be impacted by the work.

Updates on MetroLink operations can be found  in the Rider Alert section.
