Is route 57 seriously on detour? I have not seen the bus docs y detour since the road between Brentwood and McKnight is not closed. Also label any affected bus stops missed on the transit app for every route that’s on detour just because riders are still getting confused that every bus stop in service but is not.
Will check with Operations about the #57. There are two reroutes currently in place according to our Rider Alerts, one pertaining to Brentwood and McKnight. Also, will see if we can do anything about labeling bus stops in Transit app when it comes to detours. Thanks for the feedback.
