Metro Hiring Event at North County Transit Center on September 19

[ST. LOUIS, MO/September 16, 2026]  Metro Transit is inviting job seekers ready to start a rewarding new career with competitive wages and great benefits to the Metro Hiring Event on Saturday, September 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the North County Transit Center (3100 Pershall Road, Ferguson, MO). Metro will offer on-site interviews for MetroBus Operator, MetroLink Operator, Call‑A‑Ride Van Operator, and Mechanic positions, with same-day job offers available to qualified candidates.

Paid training is provided for all Operator positions, and new mechanics are eligible for a $5,000 hiring bonus and receive tool and uniform allowances. All positions offer an excellent benefits package including pension, retirement, medical/dental/vision, employee assistance program, free transit rides and more.
