MetroLink Trains Will Not Operate Between the Central West End and Civic Center Stations for Track Maintenance Work

PLANNED SERVICE MODIFICATION: Saturday, Nov. 23 – Monday, Nov. 25

MetroLink trains will not operate between the Central West End and Civic Center MetroLink Stations all day and night, from the beginning of service to end of service, on Saturday, November 23; Sunday, November 24; and Monday, November 25, to accommodate required track maintenance work.

During this three-day planned service modification, MetroLink customers will be transported by bus on MetroLink Station Shuttles between the Central West End, Cortex, Grand, Union Station and Civic Center Stations. Transit customers who need to travel through this area are encouraged to plan ahead and allow an additional 30 minutes for their commutes.
MetroLink trains traveling outside of the affected area will operate every 20 minutes.

• Blue Line MetroLink trains will only operate between the Shrewsbury-Lansdowne I-44 and Central West End Stations.
• Red Line trains will operate between Lambert Airport and Central West End Stations in Missouri, and Red Line trains will serve all MetroLink station in Illinois between East Riverfront and Shiloh-Scott Stations.

MetroLink will resume normal service between the Central West End and Civic Center Stations on Tuesday, November 26.
