The west stairway at the Central West End MetroLink Station will be closed this weekend, starting the evening of Friday, February 2, through Sunday, February 4, to allow for construction crews to make improvements to the station platform. The Central West End Station elevator will be in service and available for customers during this period.

The stairway will be closed starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, February 2, until the end of MetroLink service on Sunday, February 4. During this time, customers who use the west entrance to access the Central West End Station platform from Euclid Avenue will need to use the elevator. The stairway will reopen for customers at the beginning of MetroLink service on Monday, February 5.

This construction work will not impact MetroLink trains or to the east entrance to the Central West End Station platform that connects with MetroBus. That will remain open this weekend.
