East Entrance at Central West End Station to Temporarily Close September 26-29

The east entrance and walkway that connect the Central West End MetroLink Station platform with MetroBus bays at the Central West End Transit Center will temporarily close starting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, through the end of service on Sunday, September 29. This temporary closure is needed to allow for construction work related to the Secure Platform Plan. The entrance and walkway will both reopen on Monday, September 30.

During the temporary closure, you will need to use Children’s Place to travel between the MetroLink platform and the MetroBus area inside the parking garage. Customers are encouraged to allow extra time for their commutes during the detour.

A Metro Shuttle bus will also be available to help you travel between Euclid Avenue and the MetroBus area during the temporary detour.
