Metro Lost and Found Policy
Metro receives Lost and Found items from Metro Bus, Metro Link and Call A Ride vehicles. These items are tagged with an identification number and processed through our lost and found department. Due to limited space, items are kept for a 30-day period. After 30 days, unclaimed items are properly discarded.
