Customer Assistance Lost something on Metro?

At Metro, we’re committed to helping reunite our customers with lost personal items whenever possible. See below for information about how to report a lost or found item on the MetroTransit system.

Metro Lost and Found Policy

Metro receives Lost and Found items from Metro Bus, Metro Link and Call A Ride vehicles. These items are tagged with an identification number and processed through our lost and found department. Due to limited space, items are kept for a 30-day period. After 30 days, unclaimed items are properly discarded.
