On-Site Interviews and Instant Job Offers Available at Metro Hiring Event on Saturday, November 8

Metro Transit is looking to add new Part-Time Bus Operators, Part-Time Van Operators, and Full-Time Mechanics to the team as they get ready for 2026. Metro will be offering on-site interviews for these positions at their next hiring event on Saturday, November 8, at the North County Transit Center (3140 Pershall Road, Ferguson, Mo.) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Instant job offers will be provided to qualified candidates.

The Part-Time Bus Operator and Part-Time Van Operator positions are a great opportunity for individuals interested in supplementing their income with a variety of available shift times and flexible schedules. Paid training is provided, with part-time MetroBus Operators earning $25+/hour after training, and part-time Metro Call‑A‑Ride Van Operators earning $21/hour after training.

Metro Mechanic positions offer competitive pay; an excellent benefits package including pension, retirement, medical/dental/vision; tool and uniform allowances; and all new mechanics are eligible for a $5,000 Hiring Bonus.
