Metro Transit will make schedule and routing changes to 16 MetroBus routes in Missouri and Illinois on Monday, June 16, as part of a quarterly service change. There are no changes to MetroLink service for June 16.

Monday, June 9 – Friday, June 13 | 6 p.m. to End of Service
Blue Line trains only operate between the Shrewsbury-Lansdowne I-44 and Forest Park-DeBaliviere Stations on Monday through Friday evenings, from 6 p.m. to end of service, due to construction work at the Union Station tunnel.
During these periods:
- Westbound Blue Line passengers will need to board a Red Line train between the Emerson Park and Central West End MetroLink Stations, and travel to the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Station to transfer to a Blue Line train and continue their westbound trips.
- Eastbound Blue Line passengers will need to transfer to a Red Line train at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Station to continue their eastbound trips.
- Red Line MetroLink passengers may experience delays of 5 minutes.
- Passengers should allow extra time when transferring between Red Line and Blue Line.

Fairview Heights and Washington Park Stations Single-Track Details:
On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from Beginning of Revenue Service until After Revenue Service, to minimize disturbance of the 79th St. retaining wall, MetroLink will continue single-track at Fairview Heights and Washington Park Stations.
During single-track operation:
- Blue Line Trains will only operate from Emerson Park Station to Shrewsbury Station
- Westbound Blue Line passengers traveling between the Fairview Heights Station and the JJK Station should board a Red Line train to Emerson Park Station to connect with a Blue Line train.
- Eastbound Blue Line Trains will depart Shrewsbury Station 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure and hold for time at Brentwood-I64 Station.
- Red Line service may experience delays of up to 5 minutes.
- Customers should allow an additional 10 minutes when transferring to the Blue Line.
