Martin Luther King Bridge CLOSED | Aug. 27, 2018 – Fall 2019
All lanes of the Martin Luther King Bridge will be closed starting Monday, August 27 through the fall of 2019 as part of a yearlong project to repair roads and ramps serving the bridge. Extensive delays are expected as vehicles will need to use alternative routes, including the Stan Musial Veterans Memorial Bridge and the Poplar Street Bridge.
Poplar Street Bridge Project | Through December 2018
Crews are making improvements to the Poplar Street Bridge, which requires the closure of one eastbound lane and one westbound lane through December 2018. Commuters should expect other temporary lane closures and weekend closures throughout the duration of the project.
Halls Ferry Circle Closures | August 20 – October
Crews will close the east half of the circle starting after morning rush on
Monday, August 20. The project will replace poor pavement in the circle and upgrade the circle to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act standards. Crews will post detours for all the closed roadways.
