Metro Transit Community Connect Events Start Tomorrow

Join us at an upcoming Community Connect event to meet with Metro Transit team members and get the latest transit updates. There are one virtual and three in-person events scheduled over the next two weeks that are focused on the June Quarterly Service Change as well as an update on transit accessibility improvements.

Community Connect events give transit customers and the community a platform to interact directly with the Metro team and be an active part of the conversation about public transit in the bi-state area. Participants have an opportunity to learn about the latest transit news and updates, ask questions and share their insights and feedback to help improve their transit and paratransit experiences.

Last month’s community engagement open houses were primarily focused on ADA issues, including gathering feedback on changes under consideration to the Metro Call‑A‑Ride reservation windows. The status of Call‑A‑Ride improvements will be one of the topics at the May Community Connect events, as well as the June Service Change that will go into effect on June 17. The June Service Change includes modifications to more than 20 MetroBus routes, with several MetroBus routes with improved service frequency and four routes resuming evening service in North St. Louis County.
