Metro Transit Seeks Public Feedback on Title VI Policies
Metro Transit is committed to providing fair and equitable access to transit services and amenities. As part of that commitment, Metro regularly evaluates its Title VI program and policies to ensure that minority communities, low-income riders and individuals with limited English-language proficiency are priority considerations when exploring service changes, fare policy and other decisions that may affect transit services and access.
Public feedback is a key part of the policy development process. Metro Transit riders, residents and the general public are invited to learn about Metro’s Title VI program at one of four upcoming public information opportunities.

These public information sessions will provide an opportunity for attendees to view materials and talk to Metro staff about the organization’s efforts to provide fair and equitable transit service, and to submit written feedback if they wish. The public will also be able to submit feedback on the Title VI program through the Metro website, metrostlouis.org, beginning in March.
