MetroLink Work Scheduled September 8 – 13

Light rail maintenance work scheduled September 8-13 may result in delays for Red Line MetroLink commuters so they are encouraged to allow a little extra time for their trips. To accommodate crews replacing wooden rail ties, MetroLink will operate on a single track at the North Hanley, UMSL North and UMSL South MetroLink Stations at the following times next week:

  • On Tuesday, September 8, from 11:30 p.m. until end of service
  • On Wednesday through Friday, September 9-11, from 8 p.m. until end of service
  • On Saturday, September 12, from beginning of service to 8 a.m., and from 8 p.m. until end of service
  • On Sunday, September 13, from beginning of service to 8 a.m.

Red Line passengers may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes during the single-track operation. Blue Line MetroLink service will not be impacted. Updates on MetroLink operations can be found at www.metrostlouis.org in the Rider Alert section.
