Return to BlogUpdate: Loufest Cancelled
Listen Live Entertainment, the organizer of LouFest 2018, has announced this year’s music festival has been cancelled. Special shuttle service for the LouFest music festival will not operate on Friday, September 7 through Sunday, September 9; however, service on the Forest Park Trolley will be extended to Sunday, September 9.
LouFest returns to Forest Park on Sept. 8 and 9, and we’re making it it easy for you to enjoy the two-day music festival, while not having to worry about parking or traffic or road construction.
For $3 round-trip, hop on a special LouFest shuttle from the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Transit Center directly to the music festival. The special $3 ticket is good for one day only and no other fare will be accepted.
Park at any one of 21 free Metro Park-Ride lots in Missouri and Illinois and purchase your ticket to ride MetroLink. You can also ride the #1 Gold or #90 Hampton MetroBus routes.
The LouFest Shuttle pick-up and drop-off area will be located on the west side of DeBaliviere Avenue, just north of the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Transit Center. Shuttles will operate every 10 minutes from 10:30 a.m. to about 11 p.m. on Sept. 8 and Sept. 9.
LouFest shuttle tickets can only be purchased at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Transit Center on the days of the event. Shuttle tickets are not available for purchase at Forest Park attractions.
