Enjoy a show under the night sky this summer with the Muny Explorer.

The #3X Muny Explorer – formally known as The Muny Trolley – returns to Forest Park, shuttling riders between the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Transit Center and The Muny. The special service is available for all 51 of The Muny’s scheduled performances from June 10 to August 11. The season kicks off on June 10, with Guys and Dolls.

Prior to each show, the Muny Explorer will operate every 20 minutes from 7 p.m. to 8:40 p.m. between the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Transit Center and The Muny. The Muny Explorer will provide return trips to the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Transit Center for 20 minutes after the show ends. The Muny Explorer will also be available after any performances that are shortened by inclement weather.

Take advantage of free parking at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Transit Center, or park at one of the 20 other free Park-Ride lots, purchase a round-trip ticket for $5 to ride MetroLink to the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Transit Center, and then connect with the Muny Explorer.

The cost for a round-trip ticket on the Muny Explorer is $2 for adults, $1 for children ages 5 to 12 and free for children 4 and under. Tickets can be purchased on the Muny Explorer at the time of boarding, or in advance using the Metro Mobile app. Purchase a Forest Park Explorer ticket on the Metro Mobile app and use it for your Muny Explorer trip.

All valid Metro tickets, passes and transfers, including Forest Park Explorer passes, are accepted on the Muny Explorer.
