[ST. LOUIS, MO/Feb. 10, 2023]  Metro Transit makes it easy for everyone to let the good times roll in downtown St. Louis and at the Mardi Gras festivities in Soulard while avoiding street closures, traffic and parking hassles.

The Mardi Gras Bud Light Grand Parade is Saturday, Feb. 18, at 11 a.m. and parade-goers can take advantage of free parking at more than 20 Park-Ride lots in Missouri and Illinois, and ride MetroLink to the Stadium Station, which is right next to Busch Stadium where the parade kicks off.

MetroLink trains will operate every 20 minutes on the Red Line and Blue Line on February 18, with trains arriving and departing every 10 minutes at Stadium Station and at all MetroLink stations between the Forest Park-DeBaliviere and Fairview Heights Stations. Metro Transit will have extra personnel on the system to assist customers.

MetroBus is another great way to get to the Mardi Gras celebration. The #10 Gravois-Lindell, #30 Arsenal and #73 Carondelet MetroBus routes all have stops near Soulard. Please note that these routes may be operating on a reroute because of the Mardi Gras Grand Parade and festivities.
