Today’s photo shows the Riverfront Trolley, a bus trolley aimed at tourists back in the day, on 6^th Street in front of the Old Courthouse and the Gateway Arch. The year is 1968. The completed arch and the woman’s mini skirt were telltale hints that it was the late 1960s.
