MetroLink Work Scheduled June 6 – 10
MetroLink passengers are encouraged to allow extra time for their early morning and evening commutes this week as maintenance work on the MetroLink system may result in delays for some passengers. To accommodate work crews, MetroLink will operate on a single track in downtown St. Louis between the Stadium and Laclede’s Landing MetroLink Stations during late evenings on June 6 through June 10.
In Illinois, Red Line MetroLink service will end at the College MetroLink Station and a Shuttle Train will transport passengers to and from the Shiloh-Scott MetroLink Station during the evenings of June 6 through June 10. Additionally, during the early mornings from June 7 through June 10, MetroLink will operate on a single track between the College and Shiloh-Scott Stations.
On Monday through Friday (June 6–10) from 8 p.m. until end of service, regular Red Line MetroLink service will end at the College Station. Passengers who normally park at the Shiloh-Scott Station are encouraged to park at the College Station to avoid delays after 8 p.m.
- Eastbound passengers traveling to the Shiloh-Scott Station will need to get off the Red Line MetroLink train at College Station and board a Shuttle Train to continue their trip to the Shiloh-Scott Station. Eastbound riders traveling from College Station to the Shiloh-Scott Station may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes.
- Westbound passengers at the Shiloh-Scott Station will need to board a Shuttle Train and ride to College Station to transfer to a westbound Red Line train. Westbound riders traveling from Shiloh-Scott Station to the College Station may experience delays of 20 to 25 minutes.
- Blue Line MetroLink service will not be impacted.
On Monday through Friday (June 6–10) from 11:30 p.m. until end of service, MetroLink will operate on a single track at the Stadium, 8th & Pine, Convention Center and Laclede’s Landing Stations.
- Passengers traveling in BOTH directions will need to board the train on the WESTBOUND platform at the Stadium, 8th & Pine, Convention Center and Laclede’s Landing Stations.
- Red Line and Blue Line passengers may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes.
On Tuesday through Friday (June 7-10) from the beginning of service until 5:30 a.m., MetroLink will operate on a single track between the College and Shiloh-Scott MetroLink Stations.
- Red Line MetroLink trains will be operating between the College and Shiloh-Scott Stations, but Red Line passengers may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes.
- Blue Line MetroLink service will not be impacted.
